How it works

At 2 a.m.,
we're on it.

A seller drops below your advertised-price policy in the middle of the night. By the time your team is at work, the case is built.

  1. 2:00 a.m.

A seller drops your product below your advertised-price policy on an Amazon listing we also sell.

  2. 2:05

We catch it: within minutes on listings we sell, within the hour everywhere else.

  3. 2:05

The proof is saved: a screenshot, the advertised price against your policy, the seller's name and ID, and the time.

  4. 2:10

We pull the seller's history: past names, past episodes and the other channels it sells on.

  5. 2:15

An alert goes to the people you chose. Set quiet hours and it waits for morning.

  6. 8:00 a.m.

Your team opens the portal: one case file per seller, ready to download.

  7. Morning

You decide what happens next. It's your policy and your call.

  8. All day

We check every hour and log when the advertised price comes back up.

  9. 48 hours

Your case summary: how long it lasted, what you did, and how fast it was fixed after you acted.

Your policy, your call

You decide.
We do the rest.

You set your advertised-price policy, you communicate it and you decide what to do about each seller: contact them, talk to a dealer, use your Brand Registry tools, bring in your lawyer, or let it go. We set our own advertised prices, independently, and nothing we share with you is an agreement about anyone's advertised prices.

Want it handled? Our authorized-seller program is turnkey. You do about 10% of the work: approve the policy, decide which sellers to act on, and sign what goes out in your name. We do the other 90%: find every seller, build the evidence, draft the notices from your policy, prepare your Brand Registry reports for you to submit, process warranty claims, and track every seller until it's resolved. Brands that run it with us typically have their listings back under control within about three months.

Questions

Monitoring,
answered.

Yes, for partners. It's part of the brand portal: no seat fees, no setup fee.

Every hour on every channel, and within minutes on Amazon listings we sell.

Whatever your policy says. We check the advertised price shoppers actually see, including Prime-exclusive offers and coupons. Sale periods your policy allows aren't flagged.

You decide, and you sign anything that goes out in your name. We draft it, build the evidence behind it and track the result.

We track them. Every seller's name history stays attached to its record, so a new name isn't a clean slate.

Yes. We find them across the web ourselves, so there's no list to send, and they go in a private report only you see.

Full monitoring is for partners. Anyone can get a free brand snapshot to see where they stand today.
