What these terms cover

These terms apply to www.cyclecrew.com (the "site"), run by Cycle Crew Inc. ("Cycle Crew", "we", "us") of San Luis Obispo, California. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site tells brands, partners and shoppers who we are and what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or a commitment to work with anyone. Partnerships with brands are governed only by separate written agreements.

About the numbers on this site

Brand portal screens, charts and reports on the site show sample data: they come from a real partner dashboard, with the brand, products and sellers hidden and every figure adjusted, and they are there for illustration only. Figures such as our feedback rating or units shipped come from our own records, are rounded down, cover the period shown with them, and can change at any time.

Advertised prices

Cycle Crew sets its own advertised prices independently. Nothing on this site, and nothing we share with a brand, is an agreement, promise or understanding about the advertised prices of Cycle Crew or of anyone else. Each brand sets, communicates and acts on its own advertised-price policy.

Copyright and trademarks

The site's text, design, graphics, images, 3D artwork and code belong to Cycle Crew or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don't copy, republish or reuse its content for other purposes without our written permission.

Amazon, Prime, Walmart and the other product and company names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean those companies endorse or sponsor this site.

What's not allowed

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or get around its security, overloading it, copying it with automated tools, sending spam or false information through its forms, or using it for anything unlawful.

What you send us

When you send us a message or request, we handle what you send as described in our Privacy policy. Please don't send confidential information through the site unless we've agreed in writing to keep it confidential. Sending a request, including a brand snapshot request, doesn't oblige us to reply in a set time or to provide anything.

Amazon, Walmart and other sites

The site links to other websites, including Amazon and Walmart. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. Purchases on Amazon or Walmart are governed by those marketplaces' own terms.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cycle Crew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts serving San Luis Obispo County, California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

If these terms change

We may update these terms. The new version applies once it's posted on this page with a new effective date.
