Services

Hand usthe Amazon work.

Buying and Prime stock, listings and content, ads on our dime, advertised-price monitoring, returns, warranty and reporting. Hand us all of it, or just the parts you want.

Eight jobs · One crew · No fees on our standard deal

Ways to work

Pick how much
you hand over.

Most brands hand us everything. Some keep a piece. Both work.

  • Most brands

    We buy and sell

We buy your products up front, sell them under our account and fund the ads. You get paid in 24 hours and never touch Seller Central.

  • We run your account

Prefer to sell under your own name? Keep your seller account and your customers. We do the work, for a small commission.

  • We run your web store

We build your own online store and run it day to day, for a small commission.

Mixing is fine. Plenty of brands keep Vendor Central for their low-cost and bulky lines and hand us the rest. How the split works →

Every service

All of it,
in one place.

Every service, grouped into eight jobs. Our standard deal has no fees; the two commission services above are the exception.

Buying and stock

We buy up front
We pay for your products before they sell. Nothing on consignment.
Direct or through your distributors
From you, or through the major US bike distributors we've worked with for years. Your call.
Your whole catalog
Every product, not just the best sellers. If one doesn't belong on Amazon, we'll explain why first.
Season planning
We stock up before spring and the holidays, using years of order history.
Forecasts you can plan with
Month-by-month unit forecasts per product, for your own production planning.

Prime logistics

Kept in stock on Prime
Your line ready for fast Prime delivery when riders are ready to buy.
Every unit scanned and labelled
Our own warehouse software tracks every unit from our shelf to Amazon's.
Counts checked against Amazon's
What Amazon says it received is checked against what we sent, within minutes.
Factory-direct shipping
Your factory cartons can go straight to Amazon, with no detour through California.
Slow sellers stay available
Long-tail products ship merchant-fulfilled, so nothing quietly drops off.
Lost and damaged units claimed back
When Amazon loses or damages stock, we file the claim.
Safety paperwork
Safety data sheets, battery and hazmat forms, handled.
Amazon Transparency codes
A unique code on every unit, applied for you, so fakes are easier to stop.
Amazon Business
Your products in front of business and fleet buyers too.

Listings and content

Catalog cleanup
Wrong fitment, specs, pack counts and variation families, found and fixed.
Listing-accuracy audit
Every listing checked against your spec sheet, whoever wrote it. A wrong spec can expose you to a product-liability claim.
Titles, bullets, images and keywords
Written in rider language, to rank and convert.
A/B tests, categories included
We test page versions and even categories, and keep the winner. One category move tripled a product's monthly sales.
A+ content and Brand Store
Richer product pages and your own shop on Amazon.
Product photos and video
Studio images, infographics and short videos made for Amazon, at no charge.
New-product launches
Stock, listing and ads ready on day one.
You approve, or go hands-off
Approve every change, help design it, or just read the reports.
Kits and multipacks
Built from your line only with your written OK.

Ads and growth

Ads on our dime
We pay for every ad on your products. Your portal shows the spend, every month.
Campaigns run by bike people
Sponsored ads across Amazon's ad types, run by people who know a 2.4 from a 2.6.
Ads across your line
Not just the ten products that earn us the most.
Deals and Prime Day
Promotions planned around your season.
Category and competitor analysis
Rival brands, their pages and the gaps you can win.
Free Prime-gap check
Which of your products lack a Prime seller, and what that's costing you.
Amazon opportunities
Products in your line that sell better online than in shops.

Advertised-price monitoring and brand protection

How monitoring works →
Every seller, every channel
Advertised prices on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google Shopping and brand and retailer websites.
Checked every hour
And within minutes on Amazon listings we sell.
Proof saved
Screenshots, time stamps and seller IDs, ready to download.
Name changes tracked
A seller that renames itself doesn't get a clean slate.
Unauthorized sellers flagged
Anyone not on your authorized list is marked, with the evidence you need to act.
Counterfeit spotting
Suspicious sellers documented and sent to you.
Your dealers' websites too
Found across the web, no list needed, in a private report only you see.
Turnkey authorized-seller program
You approve and sign, about 10% of the work. We do the other 90%: find the sellers, build the evidence, draft the notices, prepare your Brand Registry reports and track each one to the end.
Buy Box and suppressed-listing alerts
If Amazon hides an offer or a listing breaks, you hear the same day.

Other channels

Amazon Canada and Mexico
Your line in front of Canadian and Mexican shoppers.
Walmart
Your products on Walmart, sold and shipped by us.
eBay
Listed and shipped by us.
Your own Amazon account
Keep your seller account and your customers; we run it for a small commission.
Your own online store
We build and run your direct-to-consumer site for a small commission.
You choose the channels
Your brand shows up where you want it, and nowhere you don't.
Split with Vendor Central
Amazon keeps buying some products; we handle the rest.

Returns, warranty and customer care

Returns at our cost
Every return inspected and graded in our own returns system, never billed to you.

Like-new returns go back on sale as used unless you'd rather we didn't.
Return reasons shared
Products that come back often get flagged, with the reasons.
Warranty claims
Processed for you, set up the way you want.
Shopper questions
Your customers get answers; your team gets its week back.

Our rules

Lines we
don't cross.

A few things we won't do, whoever asks.

  1. We don't sell to bike shops. Your dealers are yours.

  2. We don't make agreements about anyone's advertised prices. You set your policy; we set our own advertised prices, independently.

  3. We don't build kits from your line without your written OK.

  4. We don't share your numbers. NDA as standard, and your data stays yours.

Next step

See it for your brand.

Start with a free brand snapshot, checked by hand: who sells your brand, what shoppers see and where your listings are wrong.
