Here's what happens when a brandlets us run its Amazon.

Three brands. Real data. No names, because we keep partner data private. They're happy to talk to you, though.

Case 01 · A global brand · Partner since late 2024

The brand whose summers
kept shrinking.

+147%Its estimated Amazon sales, summer 2026 vs the summer before we partnered. All sellers, not just us.

Every summer was smaller than the last. Then the brand made us its partner. We got far more of the line in stock on Prime, fixed the listings, and paid for every ad ourselves. It turned around the next summer and kept climbing.

Case 02 · The same global brand · Spring 2026

The line the brand
had never pushed.

×26The line's estimated Amazon sales, summer 2026 vs summer 2025. All sellers, not just us.

The brand had sold this line on Amazon for years without ever pushing it, and sales were sliding. In spring 2026 we built new bundles from scratch and stocked them on Prime. By summer the line sold 26 times what it sold the summer before.

The line's estimated Amazon sales over the previous 12 months, all sellers · change vs the 12 months before our launch · Real data, anonymized

Case 03 · A US brand · Summer 2026

The brand that pulled a line
from Vendor Central.

+19%Ahead of the typical competing product in August, the month we held the Buy Box. All sellers.

In 2026 the brand stopped selling one product line to Amazon directly and gave it to us. Amazon still had leftover stock, so we shared the listing. Amazon held the Buy Box (the “Add to Cart” button) on the top seller through June and most of July, and again in September. In August we held it almost every day. August was the line's best month of the summer.

Monthly sales, all sellers · May 1 to June 15, 2026 = 100 · Shading: who held the Buy Box on the top seller · Real data, anonymized

  • 10% to 52%Our share of the Buy Box across the line, April to mid-June vs July to September

Advertised price, same test: Amazon's offer was below the brand's advertised-price policy on 41 of 89 days for the top product. Every new-condition unit we sold was advertised at or above it. We set our advertised prices on our own.

Case 04 · A US brand · Partner since 2025

The brand we
were already selling.

×3.7The units we sold, October 2025 to September 2026, vs the 12 months before we partnered.

We already sold this brand on Amazon, as one of several sellers. In March 2025 it made us its partner, and we went all in: more stock, more ads, and a portal where the brand sees every seller.

Units we sold of the brand · per day, change vs the year before we partnered · Real data, anonymized
  • +31%The brand's Amazon sales, all sellers, our second summer vs our first
  • Ads on our dime

How we measured it

Case 01

The brand's sales
Amazon Brand Analytics order counts for the brand's main cycling product lines, all sellers (Amazon included), times units per order and what each product sold for that week. An estimate, shown as a % change, never dollars. Per day, so month lengths don't skew it. Shown as the % change from January 2022.
Our units
Our own order records, which begin in February 2024. Summer means June to August.
In stock on Prime
The brand's products with at least one Amazon order a week over the previous 13 weeks, in stock on Prime on 1 October 2024 and 31 August 2026.
Before and after
We partnered in November 2024. Before that we were one of several sellers of its products. Data to September 2026.

Case 02

The line's sales
Amazon Brand Analytics order counts for every listing in the line, all sellers (Amazon included), times units per order and what each product sold for that week. An estimate, shown as a % change, never dollars. Per day, so month lengths don't skew it.
Rolling year
Each point averages the 12 months up to that month, so one month can't swing it. Shown as the % change from the 12 months before our launch (April 2025 to March 2026). Data to October 17, 2026.
Our bundles
Listings we created for the line in spring 2026. Their share is of the line's June to August 2026 sales, all sellers.
Best month
Sales per day in April 2026 vs the line's best month before it, from December 2021.

Case 03

Sales
Monthly sales for every seller, estimated from public Amazon sales-rank data with two methods combined. May 1 to June 15, 2026 = 100. Data to September 27, 2026.
Competitors
The median of 14 competing listings from other brands, measured the same way.
Buy Box
Our share of the Buy Box on the line's top seller, weighted by page views, from Amazon's own business report.
Who held the Buy Box
The seller holding the Buy Box on the line's top seller on most days that month, from Amazon's business report: Amazon from June to late July, us from July 25 to September 1, Amazon again from September 2. The chart shades June to September.
Buy Box share
Our share of the Buy Box across the line, weighted by page views: 10% from April 1 to June 15, 52% from July 1 to September 27, 2026.
Advertised price
Amazon's offer and ours on each of the line's listings, checked daily against the brand's advertised-price policy, July 1 to September 27, 2026 (89 days). New-condition means not a return re-sold as used.
The whole summer
July to September the line finished 6% ahead of the median competitor, while Amazon sold its leftover stock.

Case 04

Our units
Our own order records for the brand. Per day, so month lengths don't skew it. Shown as the % change from the 12 months before we partnered (March 2024 to February 2025).
The brand's sales
Amazon Brand Analytics, all sellers, estimated as in Case 01: June to August 2026 vs June to August 2025. Amazon only gives us a brand's full data once it partners with us, so we don't compare with the years before.
