Amazon partner fordrivetrain & brake brands.
Cycle Crew is a brand-authorized Amazon seller for chain, cassette, derailleur, crank and brake brands. We buy your line up front, keep it on Prime, list compatibility so riders get the part that fits, and flag counterfeit sellers to you.

Compatibility questions,
answered straight.
Drivetrain and brake brands ask us about fakes, fit and liability. Here are our answers.
-
How do we keep counterfeit chains and cassettes off our Amazon listings?
Three layers: genuine stock, serial codes and eyes on every seller. Amazon says it seized and disposed of more than 15 million counterfeit products worldwide in 2025,1 and drivetrain parts are easy to fake from a photo.
We only buy from you or your authorized distributors, so every unit we sell is genuine. We can apply for Amazon Transparency codes for you: a unique code on every unit, and once your products are fully protected, units without a valid code can't be listed.2 And we watch every seller on your listings. Suspicious ones are documented and sent to you; our turnkey authorized-seller program drafts the notices and prepares your Brand Registry reports, and you approve and sign.

Riders keep buying the wrong cassette on Amazon. How should compatibility be shown?
As the same structured facts on every listing. Cassettes: number of speeds, freehub body type and tooth range. Chains: speed and width. Cranks and bottom brackets: spindle and shell standard, threaded or press-fit. Derailleurs: speeds and maximum cog size.
We put those facts in Amazon's attributes, the title and a fit chart image, checked against your spec sheet. When we name another brand's part, it's only to state real compatibility, in plain text.
-
How do brake-pad brands compete with cheap "compatible" pads on Amazon?
Be exact where they're vague. Look-alike pads cram a dozen caliper models into one title. Your listing should name the pad shape, the compound and each caliper it fits, one clear option per shape, with a photo of the backing plate.
Then we fund ads on searches for your brand and products from our own budget, so your listing shows up when riders look for you by name.
-
Is selling brake parts on Amazon a liability risk for our brand?
Wrong details are the risk. When a rider relies on a listing and the part doesn't fit or work as described, it can turn into a product-liability claim against the brand. We know of a brand that was sued over wrong details on an Amazon listing.
That's why every brake listing we sell is checked against your spec sheet, whoever wrote it: rotor size and mount, pad shape and compound, and the calipers it fits. If another seller's listing of your product is wrong, we flag it to you.

Who are the authorized Amazon sellers for bike components in the US?
Only the brand knows for sure, so ask the brand. We're one: Cycle Crew Inc., in San Luis Obispo, CA, on Amazon since 2019 and authorized by our brand partners. We buy direct from brands or through their authorized distributors, and we walk your team through exactly how we'd buy your line before we order a thing.

Where component listings
go wrong.
Common problems on drivetrain and brake pages, and what we do about each.
Speeds in the small print
An 11-speed chain and a 12-speed chain look the same in a photo. If the speed isn't in the title and the attributes, the return is already on its way.
Rotors without a size or mount
Rotor diameter and mount type each need their own option, named the same way across your range, so riders don't order a rotor that won't bolt on.
Your name in someone else's title
Look-alike parts borrow brand names to catch your searches. Where a listing misuses your trademark, we document it and prepare the Brand Registry report for you to submit.
Parts with batteries
Electronic shifting batteries and chargers fall under Amazon's lithium-battery rules. Our lights and electronics page covers the paperwork.
We sell this
category every day.
We sell drivetrain and brake parts every day. Chains, cassettes, derailleurs, cranks, bottom brackets, brake pads and rotors, from many brands, and most of it ships with Prime.
Genuine stock only. We buy from you, or through the major US bike distributors we've worked with for years. Your call.
Slow sellers stay available. Long-tail parts ship merchant-fulfilled, so the odd size or spare never quietly drops off Amazon.
